1985, August 1: Madonna Special Institute for the Deaf was founded with 16 students.
1990-91             : 1st to 4th STD were Recognized by Dept of School Education, A.P.
1991-92             : The first batch of students appears for 7th class public exam and secured 100% pass 
1992-93             : Upgrade to High School with starting of 8th STD.
1994-95             : The first batch of students appeared for S.S.C Public Exam and secured 100% pass 
1995-96             : Computer Centre, Ear Mould Lab are opened in the Campus.
1995-96             : Vocational Training Centre is opened.
1997-98             : First batch of Intermediate students are appeared for Public Exams as Private Candidates.
2000-01             : CBM Germany recognizes our institution for project assistance as a Partner.
2004-05            : The Ministry Social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi recognizes for financial assistance.
2004-05            : Digital Audio Gram Lab established.
2004-05            : First Batch of Students wrote Degree exams through other Colleges.
2007-08            : Bhoj University & RCI, Recognize as a study center for  Special B.Ed and PGPD Courses.
24.12.2007          : Board of Intermediate Education, Hyderabad recognizes our institution.
14.08.2007         : Affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University.
19.03.2009         : Purchase of Land, from Carmel Ashram for Degree College.
07.01.2010           : Silver Jubilee Celebration.
07.01.2010           : Foundation stone laid for college building.
25.06.2010         : P.G. Courses Started through other colleges.
08.09.2014         : New College Building Inauguration.
08.09.2014         : Computer Centre also opened at New College Building.
03.11.2014            : Classes Started at New College Building.
06.04.2015        : Administrative Block Inauguration.
